Live Training
Microblading is a skill learned over time through repetition and attention to detail.
With Live Training, aspiring students will get a first-hand introduction to the fundamentals, techniques, best practices, and problem-solving required to be successful.
The theoretical portion of the PhiBrows course teaches the students about the PhiAcademy, and Psychology from the technician and client points of view, with a roundup of health-related concerns, hygiene, products, pigments, and the Color theory.
The practical part comes down to practicing skin simulation on the first day and practicing on live models on the second day. Practicing on live models represents filling in the strokes drawn by a master, so the students cannot make mistakes since they are working on the existing marks. This practice aims to show the students how it feels to work on natural skin and to eliminate fear in this way. Another aim of this practice is to get the feeling for the proper pressure to a certain extent.
After the Live Training, Students will be afforded continued training via the Craft Master Application. This online tool will allow students to continue to upload progress reports to the Craft Master for evaluation and further guidance. With this continued mentorship and guidance, students can reach the twelve levels needed to acquire the official Certificate. The continued online training is equivalent to three to six months with an average of 180 hours of dedicated time.

Online Trainings
PhiBrows is a method of semi-permanent eyebrow drawing. It is developed to conform to the “Phi” ratio (1.618), also known as “the Golden ratio,” and helps in mapping out facial contour by designing the shape that compliments all facial features. Unlike permanent makeup brow treatment, the PhiBrows technique involves drawing individual hair strokes that look more natural. PhiBrows is several times thinner than the needles used for tattoos. Compared to the hair stroke procedure performed with the PMU machine, PhiBrows strokes heal much lighter and crisper and do not blur.
Phibrows artists produce superior work by following a method taught through a live, hands-on workshop and a rigorous 6-month training course. This course requires the Artist to pass 12 levels in the Craft Master app to ensure that their methods and work maintain a high standard.
The application contains lectures with hours of video material and pictures that help students learn everything they need to know about the microblading technique. Craft Master is an online Android and IOS application. It is a new concept of teaching the technique using a classroom system in a specially designed learning application.

The Craft Master app is supported by the Academy’s official technician, chemist, lawyer, and doctor for all students' questions.
Some of the lectures include:
Symmetry: Symmetry is achieved through the PhiBrows application and is calculated while the client’s eyes are closed because, in that way, mimetic muscles that can affect eyebrows’ symmetry are relaxed. Using the Phi ratio and Phi divider, the shape of the eyebrows is defined while considering face morphology.
Treatment is performed with disposable sterile tools (PhiBrush), and pigments are produced by the highest standards (PhiBrows microblading pigments).
Products have been continually tested and reevaluated to produce the highest quality pigments. These pigments provide color that stays and does not turn different colors. They are certified for not containing heavy metals in other permanent makeup pigments. They are also certified vegan and cruelty-free.
Pigments- SUPER formula is the fifth generation of PhiBrows pigments. This means the original synthetic microblading formula has been improved four times in the last two years.
Besides health safety, the essential characteristic of a tattoo or PMU pigment, the second most important characteristic is pigment stability.
The previous formula (SUP) was characterized by the two most stabile pigments – Black (synthetic) and Red (iron oxide). However, yellow was problematic with both kinds due to its weak stability. Its absence resulted in eyebrows that did not fade into a brown shade after a year. That was a general problem with PhiBrows pigments and all the other pigments on the market.
